Pricing

We understand that you work on a budget and likely have your own procurement hoops that you need to jump through. We’re happy to work with you.

Contact us below with any requests for services or inquiries. We offer free pre-contract consultations.

  • $100 / working hour is our standard single consultant price point. For certain projects, we do offer discounts and work with budgetary needs. Contact us for more information.

  • USD $175 / per working hour is our standard double consultant team price point. For certain projects, we do offer discounts and work with budgetary needs. Contact us for more information.

  • Trioli will offer a 25% discount for working hour services for specific projects that contribute to sustainability, ESG, and impact.

    To qualify, project clients must meet specific criteria. This discount often applies to NGOs, as well as to companies that are procuring services for projects that will have substantial measurable positive social and environmental impact.

  • We have decided as a company to grandfather in our first 10 “longterm key partners” with a discounted pricing structure, up to 20%. If you are sourcing a 1-2 year+ project, reach out to us to see if you qualify. Members of The Trioli 10 Club can still qualify for our Impact Discount, on a project-by-project basis.

Process

  • We want to hear what your needs are and whether or not we can accommodate them through our services. If you have elements of a project that are beyond our team’s core competencies, we have a network of consultants that we can fold into the team to meet your needs.

    This is the stage where answer any and all initial questions and get a clear understanding of project expectations.

  • After the initial phase is over, we will establish a clear SoW that lays out key components of the project, including key milestones, deliverable details, anticipated budget and required hours, communication cadence, privacy/IP protection/NDA language, timelines, etc.

  • This is the fun part, where we get to put in the legwork. We believe in regular communication and updates on project progress, roadblocks, or needed adjustments.

  • Whether it’s a tool, model, or strategy deck, Trioli delivers all final products by established deadlines.

  • We are happy to present final deliverables to necessary stakeholders or support your team in presenting. Trioli will incorporate all necessary and in-scope adjustments to final deliverables when requested by clients.

    During a 30 day period after deliverables are turned in, our team dedicates uncharged time to provide reflections on the project. Client input in this is desired, but optional.

    All final payments are expected by the end of this period.
